A one night deposit plus HST may be requested. A Reservation must include contact information for the Registered Guest, such as the Guest's cell number and the Guest's email address so Guest can be contacted, while on site. The deposit may be charged at the time of reserving and can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Cash. Any deposit will be refunded with at least 72 hours notice prior to the arrival date with the exception of special occasions with long-term reservations like hunting season, weddings, lace camp and others where there is high demand. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and Check out is 11:00 a.m. Usually, we cannot extend Check out time as we only have five Suites. There are no housekeeping or laundry services during a stay of five nights or less. Parking is provided for one vehicle in a numbered space. Some extra parking is available. All Apartments and hallways are non-smoking including the smoking and vaping of cannabis (a $150 indisputable charge will be made if smoking or vaping occurs on the premises). Any damage or loss will be assessed extra charges based on replacement costs, labour and loss of business. The credit card owner, on file, will be held responsible. Pets are not permitted. It is expected that dishes are washed before departure. Guests should wash dishes, utensils, etc. before use. The barbecue needs to be cleaned after each use. Emergency exits are to be used only in the case of such. A one bedroom Unit is best suited for two guests sharing a queen bed. A two bedroom Unit is best suited for four people sharing two queen beds. A three bedroom Unit is limited to eight people sharing four beds. A four bedroom Unit is limited to eight people sharing four beds.
